Assoc. Prof. Sondes CHAABANE

Dr. Sondès Chaabane is an Associate Professor at the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) and a researcher at the LAMIH laboratory (UMR CNRS 8201). After graduating with a Computer Engineering degree from ENSI Tunisia in 1999, she earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from INSA de Lyon in 2004 and completed her postdoctoral research at FUCAM in Belgium. Her academic and research expertise focuses heavily on production system design, scheduling algorithms, and simulation optimization. She applies these methodologies to tackle complex real-world challenges in supply chain logistics and healthcare systems management, notably in optimizing patient flows and hospital operations.
