Within the framework of the China-Vietnam school-enterprise cooperation exchange conference held in Suzhou, Dong A University and the Academy of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology - Luxshare ICT China officially reached a strategic cooperation agreement with many important contents.
Accordingly, with this signing, Luxshare ICT will promote sponsorship packages for equipment, practice and experimental machines, real production machine models, small modules, etc. for Dong A University, serving the training of human resources ready to work at Luxshare-ICT.
At the same time, strengthen cooperation in training, fostering lecturers and training for Dong A University students; cooperate in short-term student exchanges. The two sides will also periodically organize lecturer exchanges to improve professional knowledge, closely coordinate in building training programs to meet the human resource needs of Luxshare-ICT.
The cooperation is specified according to the 3+1, or 2+2, 2+1+1 models, ... to ensure that Dong A University students are fully trained in theoretical knowledge at Dong A University and come to Luxshare-ICT for practical training.
The two sides also agreed to continue to cooperate in recruitment programs, internship reception, etc. to meet the recruitment and working needs of the unit. Luxshare-ICT also prioritizes many scholarships for outstanding students of the school.
Since the signing of the cooperation agreement in December 2023, Luxshare ICT has recruited 64 students to work and organized a source staff class for students before officially joining the human resources force at Luxshare ICT.
