Expanding Cooperation with Luxshare Industrial Institute and Universities, Colleges, and Academies from China

On July 10, a delegation from the Luxshare Industrial Institute, along with representatives from various universities, colleges, and academies in China, visited and worked with Dong A University.

The Chinese delegation included leaders from Luxshare Industrial Institute, Nantong Vocational University, Xinyang International Vocational Technical College, Xinyang International Vocational Institute, the Vietnam–China Artificial Intelligence Institute, and Luxshare–ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd.

Dong A University’s leadership, including Mr. Luong Minh Sam – Chairman of the University Council, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Thanh Viet – Vice Rector, and heads of faculties, welcomed and held working discussions with the delegation.

Aiming to produce well-trained, high-quality human resources in Engineering and Languages to meet the needs of Chinese-invested enterprises in Vietnam and integrate into the global labor market, both sides engaged in direct and open discussions on several key topics.

The main points included the proposed launch of a 2+1+1 joint training program; exploring the integration of technical vocational modules into student training projects; initiating subsequent cohorts of Luxshare ICT Talent Officer classes for students in Chinese Language, Electrical–Electronics, and Automotive Engineering at Dong A University; and providing standard practice equipment sponsorship.

Previously, on April 17, Luxshare ICT Nghe An officially kicked off the second cohort of the “Luxshare ICT Talent Officer Program” for Dong A University students, with 16 candidates from the Electrical–Electronics and English Language faculties participating in the interview process.

During the 2025 Dong A University Annual Career Fair, Luxshare ICT also recruited 60 outstanding students across various majors for positions within the company. Currently, a total of 96 Dong A University graduates are working full-time at Luxshare ICT, with 34 students undergoing graduation internships and 60 more scheduled to begin their internships soon.
