Inauguration of the Robotics Practice Lab and Opening of the First Robotics Training Course

Dong A University, in collaboration with Foxlink Da Nang, inaugurated the Robotics Practice Lab and launched the first Robotics Training Course.

This initiative marks a significant step toward deepening the strategic partnership between Dong A University and Foxlink Da Nang, aimed at developing high-quality human resources tailored to the needs of modern production lines.

The event is also recognized as a concrete action to realize the goal of enhancing students’ practical skills, mastering technology, and adapting to automated work environments, an inevitable trend in today’s smart factories for students in Dong A University’s Engineering programs.

The Robotics Practice Lab is fully equipped with advanced devices that closely simulate industrial production environments at Foxlink and other major technology corporations, enabling students to gain early access to automation, programmable control, and industrial robotics applications.

In addition, the first Robotics Training Course is designed based on the actual needs of enterprises, with the direct involvement of Foxlink technical experts in teaching and mentoring, ensuring high applicability and alignment with recruitment requirements.

The cooperation program is expected by both Dong A University and Foxlink Da Nang to achieve a shared goal: cultivating a new generation of engineers who are not only technically competent but also proficient in technological skills, ready to work immediately in advanced manufacturing environments, thereby contributing to digital transformation in the industry and enhancing the quality of the local workforce.

Key milestones in the Dong A University – Foxlink Da Nang partnership:

  • During the 2023 Career Fair on May 25, 2023, Foxlink officially partnered with Dong A University, marking the beginning of a sustainable relationship between the enterprise and the university to develop high-quality human resources.

  • Foxlink has conducted four direct recruitment drives at Dong A University, selecting nearly 50 outstanding students from engineering and language majors.

  • Over 10 excellent students have been recruited and sent to China and Taiwan for intensive training at Foxlink’s international headquarters—an invaluable opportunity to gain global work experience immediately after graduation.

  • The partnership was formally signed on January 23, 2024, further expanding recruitment and internship programs.

  • Each year, Foxlink hosts multiple internship programs for students in Chinese Language and Electrical–Electronics, accommodating up to 40 students per intake, providing real workplace experience, skill development, and career readiness.
