Connecting the startup ecosystem and integrating in the student community right from the first day of the new school year, at the program are the forums "Startup aspirations of young people" and "Opportunities to develop foreign languages - employment of student". The speakers spent a lot of time sharing practical experiences on learning opportunities, career development and incubation of startups from creative ideas and products, strongly inspiring new students of Dong A University. The same morning, Psychologist Nguyen Hoang Khac Hieu also "kicked off" the new school year in front of all new students with interesting topics: university study methods, polite behavior on social networks, culture of Dong A University and values of responsibility, professionalism, success, happiness.

Along with the value of success, sharing the cultural value of responsibility of learners at Dong A University, recognizing and encouraging students' persistent efforts in learning, spreading the inspirational story of effort and desire to rise, right at the Opening Ceremony, Dong A University Cherry Blossom Scholarship Fund also reserved 2 full scholarships for the entire course to award to 2 students with special circumstances.

Next, the Cherry Blossom Scholarship Fund honored and awarded 39 talented scholarships in 2023 to new students with high entrance results in the 2023 admission period. Of these, there are 19 full scholarships covering 100% of the entire course tuition (valued from 86 million - 152 million VND/session), 20 partial scholarships covering 50% of the entire course tuition (valued from 43 million - 76 million VND/session).

At the same time, thousands of study promotion scholarships and scholarships to support students on the first day of admission worthing 4-5 million/prize or more were recognized and awarded . The total value of talent scholarships and study encouragement in 2023 awarded on this occasion is up to 16.6 billion VND.

Along with the large-scale art program with the theme "UDA Youthful Desire" with the participation of more than 100 talented students from the school's art clubs, more than 3,000 new students in 2023 of the University Dong A also had an interesting music enjoyment and exchange with singer Truc Nhan and student music groups in Da Nang. Among them, the appearance of singer Truc Nhan - "youth idol" with a series of popular hit songs truly exploded and stirred excitement at the 2023 Opening Ceremony of Dong A University.

It is known that before this new school year, from August 27 to 31, Dong A University has just completed the second cycle of comprehensive official accreditation of all aspects of the school's educational and training activities.
