Senior Assoc. Prof. Laëtitia Roux

Laëtitia Roux is currently a Senior Associate Professor (Maître de Conférences HDR, equivalent to a UK Reader) in management sciences, at the University of Lille (University school of management), Graduate School SJPG-74 & LUMEN Laboratory, France.

Graduated with a master’s degree in scientific management methods from the University of Paris Dauphine, she then completed her thesis at an engineering school; Mines Paris – PSL.

Her doctoral thesis focused on the development dynamics of e-government, in a socio-technical approach. His main fields of research are therefore innovation management (whether technology, organizational, social or service), the theory of organizations and public management.

Because she wishes to understand management and organizations by contributing to their transformation, she favors intervening research. Which led him to pilot or participate in 5 collaborative research programs for large organizations, mainly in the non-market field.

Gradually, her work has moved from an analysis of the ingredients of innovation processes to a more dynamic, multi-stakeholder and situational understanding.

For a few years, she has been interested in an emerging creative act, rooted in an observation, very often, of shortcomings in the service offer. She seeks to reinvent ways of acting in so-called complex situations.

She has published more than 35 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and proceedings of international conferences.

Convinced that it is by combining our energies, our perspectives, our questions, our points of view... that we can contribute to the transitions in our society, Laëtitia Roux appreciates multidisciplinary research and sharing her knowledge.

Her humanist perspective led her to be a board member of the Association for Interdisciplinary Research on Business Management (ARIMHE).
