On June 7, Dong A University signed a cooperation agreement with the Overseas Manpower Development Organization (OMDO) on the implementation of programs for students in the fields of Restaurant, Hospitality, Travel, Nursing to practice in Japan.
As part of the school's development strategy, creating opportunities for students to work abroad through cooperation with Japanese businesses, corporations and associations has become the highlight of Dong A University in recent years. Along with many cooperations signed from January 2023 to the present, on June 7, Overseas Manpower Development Organization (OMDO) became the next partner of the school.
Attending the signing ceremony between Dong A University and the Overseas Manpower Development Organization (OMDO) were Mr. Luong Minh Sam - Chairman of the Council of Dong A University, Mr. Nakajima Minoru - Chairman of OMDO and Mr. Izumiyama Tsubasa – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
It is known that OMDO based in Sapporo (Japan) is cooperating with many universities, unions, hotels, etc. OMDO supports human resources by organizing internship programs and supporting jobs for students at affiliated universities, providing quality human resources for businesses in Japan. At the program, the two sides also signed a cooperation agreement to serve as a basis for implementing these activities.
Specifically, the OMDO Association will support the implementation of 6-month or 1-year internship programs for students in the fields of Restaurant, Hospitality, Travel, Nursing of Dong A University. The OMDO side also guarantees to support and create conditions for the school's students to access many attractive and long-term income jobs in Japan.
On this occasion, the representative of the Organization for the Overseas Manpower Development Organizations also continued to discuss with Dong A University about specific works to be implemented in the near future.
