Required Documents
Our application requirements depend on whether your home institution has an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UDA.
1. For Students from ENSAIT (Partner University)
Since UDA and ENSAIT share an official partnership, students from ENSAIT enjoy a streamlined process. Please prepare the following:
- Recommendation Letter from Senior Assoc. Prof. Kim Phuc TRAN.
- Passport Copy (Bio-page showing photo and personal details).
- Study/Internship Plan at Dong A University.
- Expected Date of Entry to Vietnam.
2. For Students from Non-ENSAIT Institutions
If your university does not currently have an active MOU with UDA, you will need to submit a more comprehensive portfolio for verification:
- Nomination/Recommendation Letter from your home university.
Note: This letter must bear the official institutional seal/stamp. Verifiable digital signatures are highly preferred and encouraged.
- Study/Internship Plan at Dong A University.
- Passport Copy (Bio-page).
- Expected Date of Entry to Vietnam.
- University Legal Documents (if applicable) to verify your institution's status and student credentials.
Important Visa Information
Please pay close attention to the visa regulations, as standard tourist options will not grant you the right to study or intern:
⚠️ Student Visa Mandatory: All international students coming to UDA must apply for a formal Student Visa. Please note that an Electronic Visa (E-visa) is not acceptable for this program.
- Visa Fee: You will pay the visa processing fee directly at the location where you receive your physical visa stamp (such as the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate in your home country or at the international airport arrival counter, depending on your specific visa approval letter).
