The program was attended by leaders of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Young Entrepreneurs Association, Hai Chau Business Association, Small and Medium Enterprises Association, Vietnam Hotel Association, representatives of domestic enterprises and FDI enterprise in the Central region and the majority of candidates are students in the final years of the University.

As the 15th annual program, Dong A University Job Fair 2023 attracted more than 3,000 registrations and direct recruitment interviews. With 2,511 vacancies from 51 enterprises participating in recruiting personnel, Job Fair 2023 also became the year with the highest number of participating businesses and the largest number of vacancies compared to the other previous Job Fairs.

Speaking at the opening session, Mr. Le Van Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang city commented: “Dong A University Job Festival 2023 connects labor supply and demand between students as well as workers with businesses according to the goal of the city's "Get a job" program. This activity will contribute to promoting the labor market to develop in a positive way, joining hands with the government to create jobs for students and workers.”
“For many years, Dong A University has signed training cooperation agreements with universities and research institutes in other countries, especially cooperation with dozens of enterprises in Japan, Korea to implement internship and work-abroad programs for hundreds of students of the university. These activities have made an important contribution to the realization of the goal of internationalization, improving the quality of the university's training, and creating good conditions for students to have access to advanced educational and training institutions; to practice, work in reputable corporations and companies, and especially create many job-seeking opportunities for students," emphasized Mr. Le Van Minh.

At the opening session of Job Fair 2023, Dong A University also signed agreements with four more enterprises to participate in the training and personnel supply cooperation program, including Voco Ma Belle Danang, Dai Phat Hoi An Co., Ltd. Nine Plus technology solution development and investment JSC. and Pharmacity.
Cooperating to expand the network of affiliated businesses, helping to increase the career experience for students of Pharmacy, Information Technology, and Economics - Tourism majors at Dong A University through seminars and vocational internships at the enterprises. Along with the process of accepting students for internships each year at each unit is a priority for recruitment to work officially after graduation.

Within the framework of the festival, the Job Portal for students of Dong A University was also officially launched and put into operation at http://studentjob.donga.edu.vn/. The website is expected to be an effective connection solution between recruitment businesses and candidates who are students of all training disciplines of Dong A University with diverse and continuously updated vacancies in career groups. The website is also a place for students to update recruitment trends, learn soft skills and interview for necessary jobs.

Throughout the program were lively candidate interviews at recruitment booths of enterprises participating in the 2023 Job Fair.
