The Graduation Ceremony of 2023 of Dong A University took place in 4 days from July 8 to July 12 with 7 solemn sessions held in person and online. In which, the University honored and awarded diplomas to 30 new masters of business administration and 2,579 new engineers and bachelors in 23 undergraduate majors in the fields of Economics - Tourism, Engineering, Health Sciences, Language and Pedagogy.

Attending the 2023 graduation ceremony of Dong A University were leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang city, Hai Chau District People's Committee, Hai Chau District Business Association, affiliated businesses, a large number of students' parents from the central provinces - Central Highlands.

“There are 73 excellent graduates in the whole course. There are 816 students who have jobs before graduation today. The 2019-2023 course is also recorded as the one with the highest number of students who have been participating in internship and working programs in Japan among 349 students in 15 training disciplines as of this July. There are 13 students participating in the master's program with scholarships from 40-100% of tuition fees and a 1-year transfer program in Taiwan.”, Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao - Rector of Dong A University opened her speech at the 2023 Graduation Ceremony.

Speaking via an online screen from Japan, Mr. Ken Nakayama – Director of Nakayama Agency Japan said, “Only in the first 6 months of 2023, there were 27 students majoring in Japanese Language, Tourism and Business Administration. from Dong A University to practice at Nakayama's partner system in Japan. Before that, in 2022, there were more than 30 students in various majors. These students all received high praise from Japanese hotels for their working attitude as well as their progress in career and language skills. Currently, along with the cooperation project with Dong A University, Nakayama company has constantly connected with large hotel and inn systems in Japan to bring more opportunities for internship, work, experience the culture and life in Japan for the excellent students of Dong A University through the international internship program."

It is known that, before this graduation ceremony, the University also cooperated with Foxlink Company, Taiwan - one of the top 500 large enterprises in the world, to organize interviews for nearly 100 new bachelors and engineers. About 20 students are nominated by the company to be trained in China, the rest will be trained in Vietnam to recruit and become the core staff of the company.

Providing quality human resources from the School-Student-Business ecosystem model, Dong A University has also connected jobs for students of various disciplines right before the graduation ceremony through the Job Festival 2023 - the 15th annual program, attracting more than 3,000 registrations and direct recruitment interviews. With 2,511 vacancies from 51 enterprises participating in recruiting personnel, Job Fair in 2023 also became the year with the highest number of participating businesses and the largest number of vacancies compared to previous ones.
