Dong A University's 2024 Graduation Ceremony, phase 1, takes place over 2 days with 4 solemn sessions held in person and online. During this period, the University honored and awarded diplomas to 1,250 new engineers and bachelors in 20 undergraduate majors in the fields of Economics, Pedagogy, Health, and Languages.
The 2020-2024 course witnessed the growth of 3,051 full-time students in 40 majors. There were 1,396 students who had jobs before graduation. In particular, only in FDI enterprises investing in Vietnam such as Foxconn, Foxlink, Luxshare ICT,... there are more than 220 students working; and at corporations in Japan, Taiwan,... such as Kameda, Aijinkai, H.I.S,... there are currently 253 students participating in internship and working programs. Along with that, there are 6 students of this course who are participating in a 1-year transfer program in Taiwan among 13 Dong A University students who are following the transfer program and master's program in Taiwan with scholarships ranging from 40- 100%.
At the 2024 Graduation Ceremony, Dong A University awarded an honorary degree of Engineering to the family of Information Technology student Nguyen Minh Chau - a brave "lead soldier" on a wheelchair to the lecture hall, who unfortunately passed away because of illness.
Before being honored and having their names called to receive their diplomas, all students of all majors performed a culture of greeting and gratitude to their teachers and parents, and a solemn oath ceremony, to once again engrave with their heart and mind the promise to continue learning to develop themselves - Learning to be a responsible person - Learning to succeed and Learning to contribute to the community and society.
Providing quality human resources from the Unviersity - Student - Enterprise ecosystem model, Dong A University has also connected jobs for students in training majors right before the Graduation Ceremony through regular Job Fairs. 16th year, 2024 with 6,510 vacancies from 72 businesses and the 9th Japan Job Fair, 2024 with 714 vacancies from 21 Japanese partners.
