MPA. Phuc Le is currently the Vice Director of Danang Investment Promotion Agency (IPA Danang). He graduated from National Academy of Public Administration in 2009. Then he got his Master dgree in Local Goverment Administration in Indiana University, USA in 2017. Later, he got a scholarship from JICA and Central Organizing Committee to study at National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, Tokyo, Japan and finished in December, 2022.

During his time of working, he has got a lot of achievements including 05Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee for outstanding achievements in completing tasks over the years and many other prizes.

His objective is to become a professional, effective and kind local government leader, who can bring many good values to the community.

Abstract: 

This presentation is about the strengths and investment opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence, microchips, and semiconductors of Da Nang city. Accordingly, the presentation will clarify a number of strengths in human resources, infrastructure, determination of city leaders, preferential policies, and investment attraction (already in place and will be implemented in the near future) in the field of Information technology in general and in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), microchips, and semiconductors in particular in Da Nang. In addition, the presentation will highlight some development directions in the fields of artificial intelligence, microchips, and semiconductors in Da Nang city in the near future.
