Senior Assoc. Prof. Laëtitia Roux
Laëtitia Roux is currently a Senior Associate Professor (Maître de Conférences HDR, equivalent to a UK Reader) in management sciences, at the University of Lille (University school of management), Graduate School SJPG-74 & LUMEN Laboratory, France.
Graduated with a master’s degree in scientific management methods from the University of Paris Dauphine, she then completed her thesis at an engineering school; Mines Paris – PSL.
His doctoral thesis focused on the development dynamics of e-government, in a socio-technical approach. His main fields of research are therefore innovation management (whether technology, organizational, social or service), the theory of organizations and public management.

Senior Assoc. Prof. Laëtitia Roux's contribution to the Chair and other Chair members will gain new studies about Explainable Artificial Intelligence applications in intelligent wearable systems, manufacturing, and healthcare areas. Her studies and studies at the International Chair perfectly align to reach Industry 5.0 in the future.
